Minnesota History

As one of the key lakes separating Canada and Minnesota, Lake of the Woods is over seventy miles long and wide, and contains more than 14,552 islands and 65,000 miles (105,000 km) of shoreline. Lake of the Woods is known for its remote location and key location within the famous Boundary Waters of Canada and the United States.

Rules of Ride:

  1. All park rules apply to this attraction.
  2. All guests must be sitting in a tube while in the St. Croix River.
  3. Running through the water and any type of roughhousing is not allowed.

Rider Restrictions:

This is an all ages attraction.
Guests that are not strong swimmers are recommended to wear a life jacket while in the winding river.
Fun Fact: Guests will float by the Cascade Falls FlowRider, through the Wabasha caves, and by Lake Itasca, it takes you on a full tour of Minnesota!
Ride Rules: Lifejacket 48" and under.
